Rose Talent Solutions

Welcome to the team

Everything you need for your first day: setting up your login, and how to track your hours with the Time Clock.

Hi, and welcome.

We're glad to have you on board. You've been matched with one of our clients, and from here your day-to-day work happens with their team. Behind the scenes, Rose Talent handles your hours, your pay, and anything you need along the way.

The one thing we ask you to do every working day is simple: clock in when you start, and clock out when you finish. Your hours are how we pay you and how we report your work to your client, so keeping your clock accurate matters. The pages below walk you through it. It takes about two minutes to set up.

If anything is unclear, or something isn't working, email us at HR@rosetalentsolutions.io. A real person reads it and will help you the same day.

The Rose Talent Team

Rose Talent Solutions

How your placement works

Who you work for, and who to ask about what.

Rose Talent Solutions is a service provider to our clients. That means you work for Rose Talent, and we've placed you with one of our clients. Day to day, though, your working life runs entirely through your client's team. They assign your tasks and set your priorities. They run the meetings and check-ins you join. They decide the tools, systems, and processes you work in, and the hours and schedule you keep.

In practice, treat their team as your team. Join their meetings, communicate in their channels, follow their way of doing things, and when you have a question about the work itself, ask your manager on their side first. To the people you work with every day, you're simply part of the team.

Any question about payment, hours, timekeeping, time off, or anything HR-related goes to Rose Talent, not to your client. Email us at HR@rosetalentsolutions.io and we'll take care of it.

Getting set up

One-time setup, about two minutes.

Find your invite email

You'll receive an email from Rose Talent with a button to set your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If the link has expired, email HR@rosetalentsolutions.io and we'll send a fresh one.

Set your password

Click the button and choose a password. Use something you don't use anywhere else. Once it's saved you'll be signed in automatically and land on your Time Clock.

Bookmark your sign-in page

From then on, sign in any time at rose-command-center.pages.dev with your email and the password you chose. Save it as a bookmark on the computer you work from. It works on your phone too.

Using your Time Clock

This is what you'll see when you sign in.

Starting your shift

Sign in and press Clock in. The timer starts counting and your status turns green. That's it, you're on the clock.

Taking a break

Press Take break when you step away for lunch or a longer pause, and Resume when you're back. Break time is tracked separately and doesn't count toward your worked hours.

Ending your shift

Press Clock out before you close your computer for the day. This is the step people forget most. If you do forget, tell us and we'll correct the entry, but please make clocking out a habit.

Working with more than one client

If you're placed with two clients, you'll see a separate clock for each one, labeled with the client's name. Clock in and out on the clock for the client you're working for at that moment. Each runs independently.

During the day

Keep the tab open while you work. If you switch to other windows, the timer may look paused when you come back. Don't worry, your time is safe on our servers, and the display catches up within a few seconds.

Your hours each week. Your timesheet runs Monday through Sunday and is reviewed and approved by your manager each week. All times display in your own timezone, which we set for you when your account is created.

If something goes wrong

The three things that come up, and what to do.

The page says "Can't reach server, retrying"

Your internet connection dropped for a moment. Check your connection and press Retry now. Nothing is lost; the clock keeps your time on the server.

The page says "Signed out"

Your session expired. Just sign in again with your email and password. Your time entry is untouched.

The clock looks frozen or wrong

Refresh the page first. If it still looks wrong, email HR@rosetalentsolutions.io and tell us what you see. Never guess or leave it; we can always fix an entry, and we'd rather hear from you early.

You forgot your password

Email HR@rosetalentsolutions.io and ask for a new sign-in link. We'll send one right away.
